new centerstage ordering process
Dear Parents,
It's a joy to once again be photographing Centerstage rehearsals for the Salina Community Theatre! Thank you for your support of the arts, as well as your encouragement of arts appreciation in your child(ren).
This year, we will be making a few changes/adjustments to the recital photos. My primary focus this year is to capture peak-action imagery the SCT and CTA can use in promoting its arts education program. Previously, I have spent a copious amount of time attempting to capture an image of Every.Single.Dancer/Performer on stage. It was extremely time-consuming, and the visual results could be better. As much as I love photographing all of your children, the reality is that some just spend the entire time looking at their feet! I will spend my time/energy this year capturing the peak action, rather than every single actor/dancer on stage.
With that in mind, we are making a few changes/adjustments to the ordering process.
1) There will be NO pre-ordering of recital rehearsal photos.
2) I will photograph some, but not necessarily all classes. My goal is to capture every age/group, but I might only photograph the tap segment of your child's class, not ballet, tap and jazz. Some of it will depend on time. The other part will depend on how agreeable my own son is (who will have to be with me during Tuesday's rehearsal).
3) I have a TON of assignments in May this year, and I know in previous years, you have had the luxury of a speedy turnaround for these recital rehearsal photos. I regret that is not possible this year. The images will be ready for viewing on June 15.
4) Images from recital rehearsal will be available for online viewing/purchasing for ONE MONTH - from June 15-July 15. If you require additional time, a $25 gallery extension fee will apply.
5) Digital images may be purchased individually for $12.50 each. This is for one image only. sales tax will be applied, and once you check out of your cart, you will be emailed a download link within an hour or so. The option to "buy all" will not be available.
